Ting, awaiting our bus connection that never arrived (presumably the driver opted to sleep in). We finally gave in and hired taxis to get us to the airport.

Turns out, there wasn't too much going on at the airport either. The Dutch tourists from the hotel joined us in jumping up and down to keep warm in the below freezing temperatures.

Finally the airport opens, but it's no warmer inside than out. Beck slurps down a cheap noodle bowl to try to warm up again.

The sun still not up, Ric opts for a quick snooze before the flight back to Kunming.
